Progress Notes Overview

DELPHI32 provides you with the option of writing progress notes which are kept on a session by session basis for any given client.  Progress notes can consist of a few brief comments about the session or an unlimited and in-depth record of the events surrounding the session.  Progress Notes are entered each time you Record a Session.

If you choose, you can customize the default information that appears for each progress note.  For example: you might want to include the client name, diagnosis, insurance coverage, etc... automatically each time a progress note appears.  This is done in the Progress Notes Setup screen.

Additionally, you can both edit progress notes and print progress notes from the session history screen.
