Box26 provides the option of including a Patient Account Number if required. Whether or not this information appears is determine on an insurance carrier by carrier basis.
The Patient Account Number (called a 'User Code' in DELPHI) is entered in the Client Information Screen.
The Insurance Carrier Setup screen allows you to choose if the 'User Code' is printed in Box26 for each individual insurance carrier.
