Briefly, to become a DELPHI32 customer, you pay $895.00.
On the anniversary of your initial purchase, you pay a mandatory
recurring annual fee of $100 for each practice (see Multi
Practice below.) This provides you with all
ongoing upgrades to the software.
All customers receive free 800 telephone
support! When you call, you can expect an immediate and
friendly response from someone who knows what they are talking

Single Practice |
A "Single
Practice" generally consists of a private practitioner that bills out all
work under his/her own name or business name.
The owner of a "Single-Practice" might be an individual
or company name that supervises multiple
employees. Of course, DELPHI32 does a beautiful job of keeping track of each
provider within a single practice.
A "Single Practice" version of DELPHI32 is installed on one computer/network/site,
and all support and upgrades are specific to that site. (Note: DELPHI32 is
also designed to run on a network of multiple
computers. See below.)
Private practitioners might do their
own billing, or bill in conjunction with a secretary, spouse, or office
manager. The cost for a single practice
version of DELPHI32 with an unlimited number of employees is $895.
Approximately 50% of our customers are in private practice.

Multi-Practice
or
Billing Company |
DELPHI32 can also be used
with multiple independent practitioners - each billing under their own name and
credentials. In group practices or clinics, you start with the initial
purchase of $895 for the first practice. For each additional
independent practitioner, you pay an additional $100.
A "Multi-Practice" version of DELPHI32 is installed on one computer/network/site,
and all support and upgrades are specific to that site. (Note: If
you choose to, DELPHI32 is also designed to run on a network of multiple
computers. See below.)
A multi-practice version of DELPHI32 maintains
a separate patient list (database) for each individual provider with no
crossover of individual practice information. For a clinic of five
independent practitioners, the total cost of the software would be $895 for
one version (one licensed practitioner), plus $100 X 4 = $400 for each of
the other four practitioners. Any one of the individual practitioners in
this group practice may supervise several employees at no additional
charge.
In most cases, multi-practices employ a secretary and/or billing
staff to run the group. Approximately 40% of our customers are considered
multi-practices, and 10% of our customers are billing companies.

Existing Customers - Pay Your Annual Maintenance Fee |
All DELPHI32 customers are
required to pay an annual maintenance fee of $100 for each licensed
practice (see Multi-Practice above.) This provides you with all
ongoing updates to DELPHI. |

Networking |
Both the Single-Practice and
Multi-Practice versions of DELPHI32 are designed to run in a network
environment. This means that multiple people/computers can access
the same practice at the same time.
The cost to setup DELPHI32 on a network is an initial
one-time fee of $100 dollars per workstation. Therefore, if you have
a network with three workstations, you would pay a one-time set up fee of
$300.
