    We feel that the 
    one of the most important features of DELPHI32 is that you can receive prompt, courteous 
    and friendly support by simply picking up your telephone and calling 
    800-847-8446.  Our existing customers rely on this service.  
    Prospective customers wonder how it’s possible for us to provide free 
    telephone support.  Before reading on, please understand that we have been 
    doing this for over 25 years and it is not an "experiment," "marketing 
    ploy," or a way to quickly gain market share.  
    Our support 
    philosophy can be summed up as follows: 
      
      New customers love the fact that we actually answer 
      our phone.  If you leave a message, we call back immediately. 
      These people generally come to us after having dealt with a company that 
      charges heavily for support, makes you call on your dime, places you on 
      hold for up to an hour, and then provides support from “specialists” that 
      are reading from the same manual you already have, and who know less than 
      you do about the product.  Most new customers tell us they chose our 
      software because we are available, friendly and helpful ... in contrast to 
      companies they've dealt with in the past.
      If DELPHI32 actually does what it’s supposed to do, 
      and if we invest the up-front time answering your questions while ensuring 
      that DELPHI32 meets your specific needs, you will eventually have little 
      need to call us.  We understand that you will likely go through your 
      billing cycle several times before you can ask all of the questions 
      related to your specific situation.  Each practice has different 
      support needs; some will require a couple of calls over a few weeks or 
      months, others will need constant help and reassurance. Either way, we are 
      here to help and will eventually make you comfortable and confident with 
      the software. The bottom line is that it is in our best interest to 
      provide the support you need to run your practice. Support is available 
    through any of the following methods:

      help is available from within DELPHI32 by simply pressing the F1 key on 
      your keyboard.  The help system is very thorough, completely cross 
      referenced, and searchable by any keyword.
      Telephone support is available by calling
      our toll-free number, 800-847-8446. 
      Support is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our 
      office is located on the West Coast; Pacific Time is three hours earlier 
      than Eastern Time (11:30 a.m. Eastern = 8:30 a.m. Pacific). East Coast 
      customers get their early calls returned as soon as we start our day. We 
      remain available until 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time / 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
      Special arrangements can be made in advance for 
      non-standard working hours.   |
